Don’t even care how awful I look. There is literally no better way to wake up in the morning then like this. My heart is so full of love from this little girl

Growing up so fast 😭

Growing up so fast 😭

lilith-not-eve:

Marrying young is not the end of my freedom. It means I want to travel and see the world, but with her by my side. It means I still like drinking in bars and dancing in clubs, but stumbling home with her at 2am and eating pizza in our underwear. It means I know that I want to kiss those lips every morning, and every night before bed. If you see marriage as the end of your ‘freedom’, you’re doing it wrong.

I was reminded today why I quit spending all my life on here. Too many rude and judgemental people.

Q
What made you switch your daughter to forward facing? I know you're very pro extended rear facing. That's why I'm asking.

I hate her forward facing, I really do. But she was miserable rear facing because of the heat. She didn’t get any air and would be drenched anytime we drove anywhere, even a short ride. It’s super got where we live so I decided to turn her around and see how she did. Still hate it, but she’s much more comfortable that way.

Because being sweaty is totally worse than internal decapitation👍 A+ parenting right here.

Oh I’m sorry have you not read the news about kids DYING in hot cars lately? Obviously not. You better back the fuck up because Miranda’s daughter and my daughter are ONE DAY apart and our girls are about to turn 3. NOT ONE NOT TWO but THREE. We have rf them beyond the recommended stats. So get the fuck out of here with your high horse.

You don’t know what internal decapitation is, do you? *eye roll*

Hope and I literally know so much about car seats and the benefits of both FF and RF. So yes, I could write a novel about your fancy little term.

Literally where we live, you open the car door and get hit in the face bad with heat. You definitely have to turn the car on a few minutes before getting your child into the car. If the child isn’t facing forward or getting some type of air I would imagine it causing heat exhaustion. Its 95°+ just outside.. Now imagine having to sit in a car without having a ac blow in your face.. You wouldn’t be too happy either.

Exactly how it is here too!!! And it’s possible to start the car when you’re home, but if you’re at the store or something, you can’t just start the car and go back inside. It was a tough decision to make, but I feel it was the right one.
